Pavilion for Ideas, 2010.

I built this structure for Departure Gallery's exhibition All Systems Go, using materials found around the exhibition warehouse. The pavilion was a space in which myself and other artists could spend time thinking up new ideas. I occupied the pavilion for a week and and taped my thoughts to the walls. This performative sculptural experiment explored the physical and conceptual processes involved in making art. These processes became a work in their own right, but also created a space which generated starting points for new works.
